Today I have a blogpost about skintypes for you! Figuring out your skintype can be quite d
ifficult. You might have questions like what skintypes are there, what does it means? How to take care of your skintype? If your having these questions, don't worry your in the right place!
I'm going to explain all skintypes and give you tips about how to take care of your skin.
First of all lets start with the skintypes and what they are called. You have 5 different skintypes, dry, normal, combination, sensitive and oily. But in the categories there are also differences. For example dry to very dry, oily and dehydrated or oily to very oily.
You can also have other problems with your skin type, for example acne, sun damage, redness, clogged pores or a combination of multipuls problems.
Confusing isn't it? But when you know your skintype, you understand which products you should be using. And you'll see that with the right products for your skin, you get way better results!
Okay, now you know which skin types there are I'm going to tell what they exactly mean and what skincare products to use.

How to take care of dry skin
Bring moisture back into your skin with products that nourish, and restore the skin's moisture level. Be sure to give skin some extra moisture during the winter months. As it get colder the skin gets drier.

How to take care of oily skin
Daily enzymatic exfoliation is essential to promote cell turnover and prevent sebum buildup in pores. A gentle physical exfoliator is also useful for balancing the tone and texture of your skin.
Also carefully cleansing and refining the oilier parts of the skin is necessary, while being mindful of maintaining the moisture levels that is needed on the less oily areas of the face.

Use a gentle daily exfoliation to keep the t-zone and cheek areas in balance. Moisturize with a gel- like texture, they are absorbed quickly and they cause less breakouts.

How to take care of sensitive skin
Use soothing products that gently nourish, stabilise moisture levels and improve the appearance of the skin. Be mindful about fragrances and chemicals in products as it can irritate the skin.
